How I make product judgements.
I’m LIU, a product manager and AI-collaborative builder. My work moves from user and business problems through product judgement, prototypes, and inspectable evidence.
Positioning
Turn ambiguous problems into testable product experiments
I’m exploring agent search, persistent collaborative workspaces, and AI-native product methods, then turning the useful parts of that work into cases and writing.
Working principles
- 01Define the user and business problem before deciding whether AI belongs in the workflow.
- 02Use prototypes to disprove decisions, not merely to produce polished demos.
- 03Publish evidence, limits, and next steps beside outcomes.
- 04Automation may scale execution, but verification, release, and rollback need explicit authority.
